What’s the job?
- Become an expert at search – using a variety of channels to find leading talent, including LinkedIn, Crunchbase, job sites, networking & events.
- Crafting approaches that capture attention, making yourself and our clients stand-out in the market and enabling you to communicate our customers Employee Value Propositions.
- Understand people – what are their motivations, what is important to them, how do they want to grow?
- Understand our markets, our skillsets, our customers and the wider startup, scaleup and investor ecosystem.
- Help candidates prepare for their interviews, ensuring they have the best possible chance of landing the job.
- Managing candidate and customers throughout the process ensuring both are aligned.
- Identifying and building partnerships with customers by getting to know their missions and advising them on the people strategy they need to deliver this.
- Building your own ecosystem of relationships, people who you have built meaningful in-person relationships with and are your unique network.
