Primer | B2B fintech, Series B funded ($50m)
– Two remote technology placements made, an iOS Developer and an Android Developer, based in the UK and Serbia. Both candidate offers were accepted within three weeks of Scene sharing the candidate’s profiles.
– Scene was up against other recruitment agencies, but is now Primer’s sole talent partner on the PSL, engaging us on hard-to-fill roles.

– One remote Engineering Manager placed, based in Scotland.
– As the company grew, it needed to upskill the engineering team in order to free up the VP of Engineering to work on other priorities. Despite competition from multiple talent agencies, Scene `secured the right candidate in under two weeks, who had been on the startup scaling journey twice before.
Polly | B2B SaaS fintech, Series B funded ($55m)
– Two remote placements made, a Staff AI Engineer, based in the US, and an Associate Investor Specialist, based in Argentina. Scene also supported with a search for remote Software Engineers in Europe.
– Scene delivered a combination of talent and growth services, including analysing Polly’s time-to-hire metrics against similar stage companies in order to streamline the hiring process for maximum efficiency.

Pynea | B2B SaaS, seed funded (undisclosed amount)
– One remote placement made, a Senior Flutter Developer, based in Romania. Scene made four placements overall, across technology and operations, including the Head of Growth & Operations.
– Despite competition with other agencies, Scene remains Pynea’s preferred supplier.
Seatfrog | B2C traveltech, Series B funded (£6m)
– 15 remote placements made overall, across product, data and engineering, including an Engineering Manager.
– Scene built the whole product and product design team, including three Product Leads and targeted headhunting from competitors (Skyscanner and Booking.com). 70% of placements came from diverse backgrounds.

– In the space of three months, the company replaced or hired six key roles within the team, with Scene as the sole supplier throughout.
